I wasn’t sure if we had one of these threads yet… but I didn’t think so.

I’ll start it out..

I put a hot racing fan on the sketer today.

I had a set of the drivers for awhile… but broke one doing something I shouldn’t have with it and had to have another so I just bought another set.. and added the bits to my set while I was at it. Wanted to have a good set of speed bits. :)
 
Soldered a new xt60 on a lipo and the senton. Centered the wifes servos for the ryft and programed her TX. Changed out the RX in her outcast and adjusted the expo for her because the throttle is way to much for her and the new tx was a little too sensitive.

I’m waiting on Corally parts but had an itch today to pull out an old toy and do some upgrades. I really miss these things. I had an old carbon fiber chassis that I never used so I took an old warn out Losi Micro short corse truck and built a truggy on the cf chassis. Used some of the parts I had laying around too.

Sketer's broke right now waiting on parts so I took the Arrma Senton 3s out for a bash. Fan on top the motor stoped working so I packed up didn't want to over heat too bad. On the bench I realized it was just a little rock that stoped it. Fan works just fine. I really need to make, find, or buy some better protection for these fans. This isn't the first time getting something in the fan cut my day short!
 
Stripping my sons Hpi trophy flux.
Well, guided him to and watched him scrub every part clean 😂
Done most of it, only front end to do.
New bearings, diff oils, wheels, hexes, gaskets ordered.
The wee fella loved it 👍
The diffs were full of grease instead of oil.
Was messy cleaning that out.

The Hpi flux 4s esc also has no fan.
The plastic casing/ shroud over it is also missing.
Does anyone know where I could source a new fan and cover from ?
Would it be ok to run without the fan ?
I googled it with no luck. Could only find complete Esc’s 👎
 
Had to make a little progress on my Kraton 8s EXB so I put in the Arrcat rear Shafts, BTW the axials are not in spec so I had to use the orginals with the arrcats shafts. I Put in the triple bearing HR Hubs and covered nuts...

Wow, lookin good. I really like how the 8s HR hubs look. I have some on my crusher :)

How’d you like em? I felt like mine went together well. The first one I did was a center and the second was a rear that I did the @HZRDOS method on haha.

Yea buddy! I got the front's too just need axials and hex adapters then I can put them in. Plan on ordering the bleeder HR shock caps (Already did the M2C 7mm Shock shaft conversion), I also have the HR aluminum preload collars. Plan on doing the bulkheads and aluminum center case too. Still working on the the Power plant, Either a Max6 with 1600 kv or the XLX2 2048 100kv.
