What is everybody using to store and charge lipos savely

My setup is/was similar except I was using a workbench cluttered like a mofo..at least I have a detached garage,so kinda safer?
I've since mounted everything to a nice combustible piece of plywood hanging on a combustible wall in the garage🤔 believe it or not, I thought this was a good idea☹

I WILL get this rectified when the weather breaks, it's soo cold out in that garage right now.

Yikes, I don't do anything special. I am religious about proper charging. I never leave fully charged batteries around. If I'm not using them in the next day I charge them to the storage settings. When I'm charging them I use a lipo bag. But if they're not in use they're just on my workbench.
 
I'm using lipo bags which are soted in a steel box (I love those "fire-brigade-red" color), which for thermal insulation has a ceramic plate mounted at the bottom:

Yes, the steel box has small holes in all corners … should be hopefully acting sufficiently as a pressure relief …
