Lol for someone who is not interested in arguing you sure seem to be coming with a lot of that energy. Why would you assume that I didn't read the manual? I know that you can do the manual programming rigamarole, its just a hassle to have to go to 7 flashes to set the BEC voltage for example. All of the Hobbywing stuff can be programmed manually, but they still sell stuff to make this less of a pain in the ass. Why would they still be selling programming boxes if there was no use for them?Maybe as not offered anymore as like I said a program box not needed. An average customer would just need to read the esc manual & not need to worry about if it a rebranded item which you clearly didn’t or wouldn’t be complaining about it.
This conversation has made my decision for me, I'm definitely gonna buy one of these bad boys https://www.hobbywing.com/en/products/lcdprogramboxpro thing is rad as hell.
I think your (in my opinion misplaced) righteous anger for defending this corporation that would sell you to the highest bidder in a heartbeat is clouding your thinking, since you just made a pretty insane leap of logic (this guy couldn't possibly have read the manual since he seems to want to use a programming card). I doubt you hold my opinion in high enough regard to do anything that I recommend, but for what its worth, maybe take some time away from the forum to relax. Its not worth getting wound up over some company.
