Today I got some parts but the ones I need for the steering rack and dual stiffner were not in this delivery and are not available at the moment.....grrr 😖 Somebody is buying al the flat head hex m3 x16mm screws I think, not available on three different stores. So I have to wait some extra days before I can finish the Radix 6.
If you need screws go here: https://www.microschroeven.nl/
Top shop and fast shiping, they have all you need (y) i actually ordered the M3x16's yesterday and just received 'm!

Yesterday i made a nice tour, went to a couple of spots to bash a little. Today some cleaning and maintenance. Also I replaced the steering blocks for the new HD version I received from TC. My friend 3d printed a part for the on/off switch, so that is also relocated and easier to access.

For the fan I ordered I already installed the fan mount.

Had to order some parts so now i have to wait again 🤣

Nice drivers man ☝️
Yep, I've used them yesterday and today and the are perfect for the job. No more damaged screws.

The missing shims from my middle diff are on their way. Looked at the front and rear diff and luckily no missing shims. Cleaned them and put it back together. Also the fan for the motor is installed and working.

Last two weeks I was unable to bash because I broke a rear dogbone. After inspection I noticed that a bearing of the rear diff was split open en lost most of the little balls inside. So i had to buy some parts and wait for them to arrive.
I also saw that the drive cups were worn a lot so decided to change them for the spring steel ones with new drive shafts, dogbones and new bearings front and rear.
A few weeks ago I tried to straighten my bented shocktower but was not satisfied so i bought the 7075 shocktower and the parts that also needed for that. Today finally the weather is good, some sun and dry so it's time to bash again. Started with my 6s Lipo and handles well. Later I try my new 8500mah 4s 110c 4s Lipo .

I fitted the upper brace to my Radix, it should help to stop the ackerman from bending 👍

I wondered what that part was for.

I got a Radix6 a few days ago, and I'm already upgrading it. I have already installed the TC 7075 aluminum chassis braces, and the 7075 hinge pin mounts and the 7075 shock towers are due this week. All four stock tires are out of round, and I'm not crazy about spoked wheels, so I have a set of Duratrax Six pack tires on solid white wheels coming this week. For now I have a set of Duratrax Lockups from another buggy on the Radix until the Six Packs come in.

When you leave your Radix6 and Radix4 together in a place sometimes things happen.....a little (ahum) Sketer is created. He will be called BamBam.

Today when it was dry for an hour I had some time to bash with my new motor and unbreakable body of my Radix6.
A couple of weeks ago I heard a strange noise from the motor and felt it was very heavy to turn it around and had a funny smell. Few days before I opened the Kuron to get rid of the sand that got stuck inside. I probably missed a part/piece inside and damaged the interior. Luckily my friend had a spare Kuron 825 so i bought it from him.
Now my Radix6 drives like a charm and has lots of power with a 6s Lipo.
