Welcome deal!

Y’all are getting through to me, my first AGFRC servo is due for delivery today!😁
Mind you it’s the cheapest servo they make, but it’s my first name brand servo since I over paid for a Savox servo nearly 15 years ago, LOL.

I know the Lee spring was once the only option as an upgrade but it’s an extortionate price for a little spring the AliExpress one does all it needs too they only cost a few pennies the postage costs more than the springs. No brainier

I only run the 30 or 32kg in my buggy it’s plenty, when a servo performance numbers aren’t inflated & it does what it says it should don’t need to go crazy big

I get it, the DS servos always have inflated ratings, sold under at least a dozen brand names but they're all made by DS servo..
The AGFRC I bought is for my Tekno SCT410.3 so should be plenty for it. I've been running the DS 3225 (25kg) in it for about 5 years. It finally locked up on me last weekend. I suspect one of the gears lost a tooth or two.. I'll take it apart and if possible "clock" the broken gear and reassemble for use in one of my TRX 1/10 rigs. There's more left in it, I know it!!:ROFLMAO:

The ds servo where once my go too budget servo still have a couple in tool box if ever needed.

For the price, hard to beat I find. Performance is okay, equal to (or better) than most RTR servos. Durability is better than RTR. I first sampled the DS3225 as an RTR servo from Redcat, the "Hexfly 3225". So I started buying those for all my rc's, then onto the DS3235 (35kg).. they've served me well, but speed and centering are where they really come up short.
With regards to the AGFRC, the 24kg is very affordable, but it's quite a jump in price to the 32kg at $60. I believe that is because the 32kg is brushless where the 24kg is not?

The majority of servo failures (for me) are gear failures. AGF sells replacement gears. Eco Power also sells replacement gears but they also have a lifetime gear replacement if bought through Amain.

I really like other servos but they either cost too much, can’t get replacement gears, or both.
