Thank you.

I’m going to try to do something like this. The stock battery tray is garbage. Weak.
Yeah you're not the first to break one! I didn't have much choice on the asuga, needed room to lay the two 4s packs side by side but on my other corally rigs after I busted the front off of 2 different trays off I started adding a third strap to the middle and also a strap running lengthwise and fingers crossed but haven't broken one since

I am broke one battery tray already! Asuga was only 2 weeks old then.

Been a while since I've messed with the asuga so today I decided to widen it a bit, just tossed on the truck hubs and axles, gained an inch, sitting at 15.5" wide, always figured on doing the truck arms on it but don't think it's worth the added expense to gain 1 more inch, especially considering I rarely drive this rig anyway

Looks like i am not the only one that has been late working on a Asuga. Mijne is still on bits for a while also

That's a really good, proportionate stance. 😎💪

I think when the arms get too long, the rig begins to look 'square' and on a buggy - that can look spindly.

Gonna test out a different system in the asuga (still 8s of course), selling off one of my infractions and I had this max6 g2 combo in it so figured why not, don't expect big differences other than some extra grunt from the bigger motor and it's got 150kv more than I was running so I'll gain a few mph but it was definitely a smooth system in the infraction so I'll give it a go in this.
