Finally I'm getting a chance to build my crazy asuga xlr and have 3 questions: will the xc esc e6 fit and can it handle just cruising around at lower speeds or is it primarily for high speed runs? Thanks all

They fit & not just for speed running can bash with esc no issues

The E6 is just as big as a C6 and a Max6. G1.
I have those Max6's in my Asugas. They're a tight fit, but i got them in the original spot.
I have a XC C8 in a Shiroi and a C6 in a Fireteam. I like those XC ESC's. They are smooth and powerful.
That E6 should be fine.
No need to worry about that.

Been using a XC C8 in a Hobao sste over the weekend loving this esc is it me or do these XCs have really good low speed control? Thing is crazy smooth and cracking value for money 😃.

Yeah, I'm on the fence about the e6 200amp and the max6 g2 200amp. Some are saying fantastic esc and others saying the switches are an issue when landing hard, but I know if there's an issue it will be harder to rectify it with Amazon over going through a hobby store

Never had a problem with the XC C8 in my Mojave 4s as the switch was enclosed under all that body shell & interior. Did have the Hobao sste shut off mid blast must of been a rock flung up and hit the off button 😄 mild inconvenience as I was sitting atop an old brick building to get a good view of the track and grumbled getting down as the knees aint what they use be :ROFLMAO: , I have the switch facing back like in the Corallys but the switch feels so tiny compare to a hobbywing rubber push button.

Saying that a friend has a few XC escs in his rigs and I have seen him launch them time and time again with no problems 👍

I think it’s the same power switch tamiya was using back in the 80s on its rc both xc & castle need to up they’re game in that department, I’ve tried to put it somewhere outta harms way 🤞. If feeling brave you could change it

I don't send my trucks like i want to destroy them.
Lots of cartwheels and barrel rolls, though.
I never had that problem so far.

Only belted tire that size just hate price of them, I’ve the method rc a bit smaller tire & cheaper but I don’t think they best suited for driving on grass which I do
Dboots wheels are expensive. But they last for years, as long as you stay off road.
I have the 6s and 4s Mojave wheels.
I have been looking at belted Katars for the Fireteam as well.
