For the avoidance of doubt, the term 'understeer' normally refers to a car's tendancy to push during cornering, scrubbing the tyres, and is a handling attribute mitigated by chassis/suspension/geometry tuning, weight distribution and tyre choice, rather than anything to do with achieved lock or torque steer.
So what you are saying, is that you are giving an input and the tyres are not moving in accordance with your input on asphalt?
What servo are you running? Maybe it's gone weak?
I can assure you that with a LC 085J 0 M, it won't be due to any 'give' in the servo saver under those conditions. The Asuga wheels/tyres are comparatively light and small compared to what I blast the XTR around with. The JetKos are about 440g per corner. When they're spinning, that's a lot more gyroscopic force than with Asuga wheels/tyres.
Check your horn - perhaps the splines are damaged? Is the steering centering ok, or do you find you have to adjust the trim a lot?
