They a new design so maybe an issue with them contact corally customer support they may send a replacement, but it’s obviously damaged/defective so going to need replaced. Same part or could go to the fixed link they tried tested. So this keeps happening -

This is the same side that the aluminium bent on, and I replaced.
Now every other jump it pops out.
Any suggestions?
That rod end has stretched and you can see the physical damage on it. This part needs replacing. If the crash was severe enough to bend the alloy shock mount, its not surprising that the nylon composite rod end has said 'enough' and given up.So this keeps happening -

Yup, understood. If you decide to make the rod end captive, you should still replace the damaged rod end. If you can source nylon conical washers, you can arrange something like this:

Which prevents the track rod fouling steering arm as the suspension articulates.
What you don't want is a worn out ring of plastic, loose around a steel ball, held on with a flat washer, gouging away at stuff.
I'm trying to find nylon conical spacers like the ones I use on my Savage's rear tie rods (it has adjustable rear tracking).Yup, understood.
I've ordered the parts, I just have to play the waiting game.
I have the same set up on my Spark with no issues but my arms are a lot smaller than yours are. I’m going to look for the nylon washers and will share if I can find someI have already ordered both, the replacement and the composite.
I didn't see it as a warranty issue, you make a good point though, I will post the pics and issue so they are aware.
