This is the same side that the aluminium bent on, and I replaced.
Now every other jump it pops out.
Any suggestions?

I have already ordered both, the replacement and the composite.
I didn't see it as a warranty issue, you make a good point though, I will post the pics and issue so they are aware.

hmmm
Yes I considered that.
I am going to give that a go while I wait for parts, I'm thinking the plastic will break, or something will bend again.
I will probably switch out to the composite arms when they arrive.

Yes, once it popped out it there will be a little bit more play once you pop it in again.
With a washer though I think you can easily put more mileage on it untill new part arrives.

That rod end has stretched and you can see the physical damage on it. This part needs replacing. If the crash was severe enough to bend the alloy shock mount, its not surprising that the nylon composite rod end has said 'enough' and given up.

If you decide to make the rod end captive, you should still replace the damaged rod end. If you can source nylon conical washers, you can arrange something like this:

Which prevents the track rod fouling steering arm as the suspension articulates.

What you don't want is a worn out ring of plastic, loose around a steel ball, held on with a flat washer, gouging away at stuff.

Yup, understood.
I've ordered the parts, I just have to play the waiting game.

I’ll take a look have a few parts to order myself, I have the small inset washers for like the wing but want green for the skid/bumpers since I’ve gone as far like I have. Have a new wing and body for pretty club days

I have the same set up on my Spark with no issues but my arms are a lot smaller than yours are. I’m going to look for the nylon washers and will share if I can find some

The keystone electronics washer is close - provided it's M3. Or the M3 Conical Washers in steel I posted earlier - NOT CSK washers though. 👍
It’s M3 from that the description says I’ll keep looking steel would be easier we used washers similar in ATV brackets. I’m a ex motorcycle ATV etc shop foreman and Dyno Jet dyno operator
