Already checked that, when you spin it and hold it by one bearing or the other the spur gear spins level it's only when it's supported by both bearings that the wobble appears. So one set of holes are drilled ever so slightly off from the center of rotation. The older diffs had screw holes that go straight through, newer diffs have 10mm deep holes on either side which would have to be drilled in two steps, first one side then the other which opens a chance for runout to occur as the workpiece needs to be flipped and repositioned for the second set of holes to be drilled. It looks like axial runout to me? Wouldn’t that indicate the diff face the holes are drilled in to not being level? Could also check the diff gasket?
Looks amazing, but i bet it's a challenge to keep the right way up in that formSo I borrowed the tires from my Asuga and lifted the body and it looks amazing.

I think it'd look even better with the number plates or whatever they're called taken off. These are knockoff aluminum beadlock wheels from Amazon and knockoff Hyrax tires from Aliexpress. These wheels will only work with Hyrax tires or the Aliexpress UDR knockoffs (which are just a Hyrax bead with a UDR tread). The reason for this incompatability is the wheel has prongs that insert into pockets in the bead and most tires do not have that.
Also I applied a double layer of Gorilla Ultimate tape to the inside of the tires before assembly and it almost completely eliminates ballooning it's 95% as good as a belted tire. 1 layer of tape, is not enough you really need to double it, also the Ultimate tape really makes a huge difference over the regular stuff. (fiberglass reinforced aluminum tape might be usable too if it sticks well enough)
I didn't have any problems but I learned early on you can't be a chimpanzee on the wheel with this thing and you can steer less than full left and full right. Also these tires are harder than the stock ones so it slides and drifts a lot easier with them. Same deal with the 123mm Hyrax clones I got they slide a lot better than the stock tires which are very grippy but also contribute to traction rolling.Looks amazing, but i bet it's a challenge to keep the right way up in that forn
Sounds like you have it and your driving technique dialled inI didn't have any problems but I learned early on you can't be a chimpanzee on the wheel with this thing and you can steer less than full left and full right. They are pretty good on my Spark. Don’t think they will last on a heavier Shiroi; the tire side wall is pretty low, so energy will be mostly directed to the wheel, which I think will crack on pretty short notice.Found these, same dimensions as the stock tires and similar tread pattern, not glued. They seem to get good reviews. I have ordered a set to see what they are like.

They held up fine, maybe don't send it 20 feet in the air though. They are pretty good on my Spark. Don’t think they will last on a heavier Shiroi; the tire side wall is pretty low, so energy will be mostly directed to the wheel, which I think will crack on pretty short notice.
Shroud needed - immediately! How they look on a Shiroi:
