So, I put a Max 6 ESC/Motor combo in my Asuga. I took it out for a quick shakedown run on Sunday, nothing major, just ripping it back and forth on a grass field to check out first impressions. It is a BEAST. Lots of low-end power. It can wheelie with a 19T pinion. Also, the front tires balloon like crazy.

I'm going to thicken up the diff oil, at least the center for sure. Should I go 200K, or jump right to 500K? Currently, I have stock weights in the front and rear diffs. Should I thicken those up as well, leave as-is, or see how it handles after thickening the center diff oil?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

Depends on what terrain you drive on and the driving style you’re looking for.

I had to put 1M in the center diff. Not only to stop ballooning the front tires, but also to keep the temperature of the center diff in check. It got so hot that i burned a finger on the front drive shaft.
