Syncro Suspension Arm Mount Coverd

After only its 3rd outing, our Syncro 4 has come a cropper, following an altercation with a steel post. The suspension arm mount cover has snapped off, but the screws have remained in place. The below diagram shows the part to be C-00180-978, but this part does not seem to exist. The closet I can find is C-00180-977 or C-00180-979.

Does anyone know what the correct part number is?

C-00180-974 use online manual, but I would just upgrade them to aluminium version. These will fit

The stock Asuga 8mm suspension mounts are doing all right.
I get them from JennysRC and put them on all my TC cars.

Oh wait. It's for a Syncro.

Yes, that’s a Syncro in picture with spark body. Corally vehicles all use same gearbox/bulkhead so can put abcd blocks/hinge pin holders , shock towers , arms etc from any vehicle on any vehicle.

I wonder why they didn't adopt the 4 extra holes through the chassis into the hinge pin holder like the Kagama

Me too.
Afaik they only did that on the Asuga, the Kagama and the Shiroi.
They should have done it on the Spark as well.

I don’t see what they add strength/durability wise in fact the extra holes might make the hinge pin weaker.

The extra mounting points take some stress off the bulkhead.
