heat gun or ice spray can help, but mostly you might need a new rotor :(
talking about heat gun: My Hobbwing 3660 had a broken bearing as well. Heating up the frontshield with a heat gun was absolutely sufficient, since aluminium expands more than the steel bearing - after a while it just fell out...

I acquired one in a used rig purchase I made 4 months ago. The guy ended up just buying a new motor and left the messed up one in the box. Bottom line, keep ur motors clean.😜
 
May I add a real good trick?
Close all the mounting holes you do not use with grub screws (of course in combination with thread lock) - simple and effective!
