I used a 6x8x0.1 shim between the wide part of the bushing and the top of the servo saver arm and a 6x8x0.3 under it. The tricky part is keeping the shim centered on the tiny bit of the bushing that protrudes out the bottom while you reassemble it. This removed 90% of the slop in the steering rack. You could also use 6x9 or 6x10 shims or a single 0.4mm on the bottom instead. There is now a lot less play in the steering system.
