Last few bits , only thing I think I still need is body posts/mounts just haven’t decided on what I’m going to use yet. Couple sets of Vp pro bulldogs my go to tires. I don’t know if I’ll even need fans with this motor setup & not much space for them but quite liked silver fans thought match rest of build & don’t usually see them in silver either. Working nightshift all wkend but might bring it into work tomorrow night make a start on it or get to on my days off during the week . Shouldn’t be too long before I get it done now, can’t wait to get all this mess off my bench.
Thanks , Probably similar speeds but I’m off road & temps biggest issue for me just looking cooler setup, I’m hard on battery on 6s they get too hot , so hoping on 8s more volts less amps will with help that. Just trying something different to, done max6 combo before let’s see what 1721 all about & what xc esc can do
Front end bolted up, gone for Kronos shock towers pretty similar geometry to Asuga but has mounting options for body posts which I need saves me drilling Asuga towers,EVR diff case & corally 7075 bulkhead still got wide hubs & Cvds to install , not much but it’s some progress get rear built tomorrow evening hopefully then be able to mark up the chassis braces for drilling chassis.

That's funny. I also just mounted the TC 7075 front tower from the Muraco, that i converted to a Shiroi-ish truck, on the Asuga that i crashed last week.
This build is pretty much done everything under the bodyshell anyway apart from sticking the esc down , tidying up some wiring & setting up esc/servo. What holding it up is rear wing mount was broke hadn’t noticed but hardly a surprise or big deal & also need rear body posts why I haven’t got them yet is I originally had the adu diff mount & cover but when changed to the EVR diff cover it has different bolt pattern to adu so had to go back to the plastic version, EVR does a metal version but I prefer the 2 piece design where don’t have to remove diff mount from chassis to get the diff out so I need the corally 7075 part & it’s been out of stock for wks so when it comes back in stock I’ll get final few bits required & finish it off. Still have bodyshell to paint could have done it but been lazy & keep changing my mind in colour want it. What reckon for main body colour and do I add the flat clear go for matt finish?
