I currently use Royal Mail to send all my stuff out (10 parcels a day) but lately they have lost so much stuff it's hardly been worth selling on Ebay, my wife's cake topper business has been the same with stuff going missing and having to do refunds.
And when stuff does go missing and you try and claim on the insurance they tell me to bugger off because I haven't supplied the tracking number. You DON'T get a tracking number for standard post.
I'm considering putting my prices up a little to cover a tracked service with Evri. They're actually really good in my area but I know a lot of people cannot stand them.
Opinions would be good please?
