I've now broken 3 rear lower control arms on my 2022 kronos xtr and it seems it's a weak point. Can't even get one pack through it before it breaks. Very annoyed.

That stinks! I haven't broken any arms yet('21 xtr) but I am more track oriented in my use, no big air. Where are they breaking? Near the inner pivot? I do wonder if an Arrma arm might match up..the exb arms from Arrma are considerably thicker. One of the members here has had issues with broken arms as well (@Megasty ).
I actually just broke an upper front arm on my kraton exb last weekend(tree)..the Kronos arms are too short( I have spares of those) to use on the Kraton though..

im curious what that looks like can you post a pic of the arm and tell us how they are breaking?

Yes the inner pin rips out. I was wondering how a kraton arm would fit. Just I have none to try. I'd have to order a set to find out. Ty for the info. Any info I can get will help. I have the arm stiffners but they dint help to stop the inner pins from ripping out.

I believe that was the issue @Megasty had, although his were front arms I believe..

Out of interest, under what circumstances are they breaking?
They break when jumping. I have a 2 foot tall ramp.. get back flips and 10 feet high. But they seem to break on good landings. Seems strange. I'm tired of replacing arms

Excuse the dirt. I was to annoyed to wash it this time.

Mine don't break..Learn to jump wally! Lol jk take the inserts off the arms..The arms will flex a bit more ..Right now all the force is going to the hing pins
The stifners were supposed to help. I'm tired of replacing them..I have kronos exb arms coming... I'll make them fit..
Ty for the advice.. maybe if the kraton ones don't fit

You will probably need longer axles and steer links to run kraton arms I think. If you can fit them, I have no doubt they're stronger.

No steering links in back. Online it said 144mm from pin to pin.. that makes then 4mm longer. I will make my dog ones longer by 4mm to make up the difference. I'm a welder by trade..so I don't mind welding..

On the rear the inserts are not really needed..If you land wonky the hing pin is going to take all the force as the arm won't flex..Its a simple transfer of force path of least resistance..Now if you were racing this truck and needed to stiffen up the rear to suit track conditions then the inserts would be an option

My bad, I got mixed up I guess🤪 probably cuz I need front arms for my kraton 🤔
You may be onto something there.. I've wished more than once that I could extend or shorten drive shafts on an rc. I even have an easy mig,but never really learnt myself to use it effectively 😪🤪🤣
