You would think running 6s driveshafts and axles on a 4s truck I wouldn't have any issues.
I'm just zooming around this half built dirt park when my truck starts to make a whizzing sound and comes to a stop. My guess? A CVD fell apart. Well, I was close.

Looks like pretty rough terrain you been running it in too all that wet dirt & mud puts extra load on everything. All part of the game though I thought I had a diff gone was getting clicks, initially thought it was the rear pulled it out was fine, checked the front diff fine also then checked the centre fine also, was drive pins on rear driveshaft, rear hinge pin on arm had broke arm was rubbing on the drive cup & pins got wore down but still had drive but was spinning inside the cup. New drive pins installed & hinge pin all good hopefully now.

I shredded the 4s Backflip wheels that normally sit on it. For this drive I put a set of 6s Backflips on it just to get it going for today. The truck is pretty beat on and I think the big wheels were the last straw. The down side of having a mix and match truck is I have to have a driveshaft assembly for the axle and another one for the driveshaft itself. Parts have been ordered.

That’s nothing lol do a custom build like my buggy it’s got arrma rear centre driveshafts for rear dogbones with custom made drive pins to make it all work with scorched hubs 😅
