Instagram Jail?

It appears I've been tossed into IG jail. Feeds won't refresh and there's a lock symbol next to my IG name ( Same as here) .
Never had this happen before. Is this a thing?

I agree with @Mazin since you can't use social media I think you should probably give up your Corally too.
