I believe it is a cooling issue when the poly cools to fast outer gets stiff and brittle and as the inner continues to cool it contracts pulling on the outer poly causing surface cracks. A little digging on the error and injection moulding processes corresponds the same notion. They need to slow down cooling process it has to cool even similar to kilming ceramics.

The lines in Angry Section 8's arms are in the same place, but are just lines, rather than cracks.

I believe that cooling may be the issue that causes these cracks along the lines evident in your examples, but that the moulds may be flawed with those lines.

For the avoidance of any doubt - Corally would need to address both issues.

Cooling needs to be right, even if your moulds are perfect.

If your moulds are flawed as well......
