A little bit that was a 14 tooth. So it's back too 13.

What kind of pinions are you running? I went with Amazon pinions for my Arrma 3S rigs and they were fine, but I had issues with cheap pinions when I moved up to 4S.

People on the boards recommended Robinson Racing and Tekno to me, since they use hardened steel (I believe). I went with RR and haven't had any issues, even running 6S. They're still pretty cheap, just a couple of bucks more than less expensive brands.

Put the new pinion on the other way around.

Do yourself a huge favour - and get Tekno M5 pinions.

Knowair suggested it to me - and he was right. No going back.

Don't run with the teeth on the motor side on your good pinion. There's a gap for you to get your Allen driver in for a reason.

Always been curious on these motors and how they perform over the stock motor they look pretty nice if anything. Looks similar to rocket Taurus though I smoked that motor. I’ve chewed up pinions worse than that you in good company but like others said need get good ones tekno, mugen, robinson racing, protek are good ones even the corally ones pretty good.
