Hello,
I have purchased the DDF-350, lovely piece of kit, much nicer that the supplied RTR one with all the adjustments. I've set my steering endpoints. I wanted to test each model without/with the gyro function of the transmitter/receiver to see which is better to drive, and if it's more fun hooning around with it off and racing my mate with it on…

On the controller you can select the gyro to be enabled or not but how do I/can I test to see if it's doing anything without driving? And do I need to set a level of gyro or can I programme channel 6 knob to turn the level of gyro up/down?
 
pick the car up and rotate it left and right, it should counter steer on it's own if the gyro is working.

Got it! I had to enable the gyro on the receiver box with the little button. Now I can programme a button on the transmitter to switch it on/off 😃
