This sort of thing. Just don't use the silly spacers like in the picture - I'm not convinced that's how they're supposed to be used.
I mount my dual fans directly to the heat sink like this:
This is the way to do it. You'll be amazed at the debate I saw on another forum!
I use the Powerhobby clamp-on fan mounts on all my vehicles with finned motor cans. You can mount a single or double 30mm or 40mm fan on one mount.

I literally just sat down from finishing building my XTR. the battery is on the charger (starting off with 4S...)
I heard about the motor getting too hot so I bought a fan and a fan mount from the Corally website. but once i got the mount i realized that it would require me to drill through the chassis. I don't really have a problem with that, but the car looked too nice for that. So i bought one of those exotek mounts on amazon for 1/8 scale motors. it fits perfectly. time will tell how it holds up, or if the corally fan is up to the task of keeping it cool.
