Hi, changed the differential oil (rear and front) on my shogun but in assembling them I noticed that the shim is not in correct position, it remains visibile once the diff is fitted. For the rear is difficoult fitted all because the plastic washer of the suspension Arm Shim popped off 
so i use momentarily a zip for keep the arm in position while fit the cover... Moreover i have noticed that the shim cannot remove... So if i would change it? In the pictures the shim that remain visibile and the plastic washer of arms
