I really appreciate you taking the time to help out. I'll take a closer look at the servo/servo horn ASAP and maybe snag a wheel balancer and some wheel weights. I've got some spare servo's/horns hanging around...TBH, this RTR servo is actually quite powerful and fairly quick. I concur fully that RTR servos are generally trash...but I only have 5 proper rigs (By most folks interpretation anyways, and not including my Traxxas Hawk and TRX1 from the late 80's/early 90's )

Your RTR servo is now doomed, I tell thee!

Check the spline count. It seems odd that the servo output would be damaged - it's more likely the gears inside have stripped a couple of teeth.

Bicycle wheel weights are good.
