Hey, just want to give a heads up for anyone looking for a front bumper for the Kronos & compatibles.

This talented lad 'romanotest' on Thingverse has a number of Kronos/Corally and other RC designs.
He also has a rear bumper design I've yet to print.

I printed in TPU 95a 100%.
I'm not great at printing, others could make this look better.
The top of the bumper turned out to be the bottom of the print.

If you don't 3d print but would like one you can check out the r/3dprintmything reddit.
Post a requests there with the file, your location etc and you should get a number of replies.

You only need to drill two 4mm holes in the existing bumper to install.
I used M4x12 screws and nuts.

I think TPU would be better for this part then something like nylon. If the TPU used is softer then ~100A it definitely won't break or crack. I think the failure thats most likely is it tearing out of it's mount, but I don't think that will be a problem here, washers could be used under the screws to make it even stronger. I believe TPU also absorbs impacts better then nylon and thats what you want for a bumper.

If you wnat it stronger have it made by JLCPCB in "JLCPCB black resin" it's similar in strength and durability to injection moulded nylon. Their prices for 3D printing are pretty reasonable too.

Sounds like awesome strong material, would be great for some other pieces I need. For the bumper I def prefer TPU for the reasons @Niekname says.

I agree on the TPU. It's quite stout set-up when installed, it's already taken one really good knock on a metal light pole (wife driving I swear lol). Also agree on the washers, I used some on the nut side but on the head side the screw head is already right up against the ridge... no room for round washers... but I'm thinking I might print up some 'D' shaped washers to clear the ridge and add some extra protection against screws ripping out. Like you said though I don't think it will be an issue from what I can tell so far.

Interesting I installed Kagama guards on my Spark would like replace the rear with something that looks more factory

I haven't printed up the rear bumper but when I do I will update this thead.
