I'm getting the fairly regularly charging my lads 3S lipos up for his MT10, sometimes wiggly bloody everything will shut it up but not always. I understand it's the main battery lead that the error is referring to (deans/T) but when I get the multimeter on it and wiggle cables about and stuff I can never get it to break connection.

I don't get this with my packs and XT90 plugs, should I be swapping over to XT60 for the msall stuff? Do deans plugs suck?
 
Likely they have been used in combination with systems without anti-spark protection. Deans certainly have none and will have spark damage and corrosion inside the connector.

xt60 also doesn't have anti-spark options, but being round(more surface/clamping) will likely hold much longer than deans
