hi just wondering if anyone has a fix or idea on why my bevel pinion gear and rear bevel diff gear keep stripping gave up on the stock ones and put the cnc cut ones in and same thing gone with in 10 to 15 minutes. front diff no issues.... its my autistic sons Punisher 4 ... running 15 tooth pinion ... expert built centre diff with 500k oil ... rear diff stock running 100k oil same for front diff set up.

Most of the time it’s the result of landing under power. Always try to release the throttle finger just before the car lands its’ wheels back on earth.😎
Another issue may be if either the bevel gear or ring gear has play; in which case it may needs a new bearing, diff housing or just shimming the gears.

I was going to suggest similar question but from a different angle. I was going to ask what sort of surfaces you run on, high grip surfaces are always going to to put more stress on the drive line, low grip like gravel and loamy surfaces are far more forgiving
