The front upper arms are a known weak point on the vehicle. I popped my first one out today after a relatively minor bump. :(
The part itself looks fine, though I do have brand new replacements. Should I just put the old one back in place or will it be weaker moving forward?
Also, is there a way to reinforce these arms to strengthen them? Possibly zip ties?

Thanks so much in advance for any advice you can offer!

Take a good hard look at the seam, I bet it split, right at the mold seam. There's no way for the arm to "slip" off the pin. My brother has an Asuga, we thought the same, just popped off.. nope. It split at the seam. We zip tied it as he didn't have a spare and the Asuga was only on it's second battery pack. Brand new.

Heard a few have this happening some say it’s designed to break that way so can be used again, others have said it was issue with mould on some early rigs apparently been fixed 🤷 , have saw some people have fitted arrma mojave arms to there Asuga as a fix also.

There's a thread here somewhere with the molding issues. Corally weren't in a rush to admit anything, but there was clearly an issue - something to do with flow lines and temperature control.

Thanks for the help, everyone! I'll be lazy and zip tie the arm back in place for now. I'll reinforce the other, unbroken arm with a zip tie and see how things hold up. Thanks again, y'all!

Easiest fix, zip tie!👌
