Are Python and Radix bodies interchangeable?

I know the Python and the Radix run on the same chassis, with the exception of the wheels and tires. The Radix body is two pieces (main body and a small nose piece), and the Python body is one piece. Does anybody know if I can replace my Radix body with a Python body without having to modify anything?
