I've been looking too, price sure is right. I've heard mostly positive about them. Only real negative was finish wasn't perfect on a few items. Not sure if I read that here or on Arrma Forum. Then again, I've heard numerous times about M2C fitment and finish issues also. Considering the cost of M2C, I find unacceptable. I'd buy the ADU parts at half the price if I were looking.
In that first picture, the 4 pieces at the bottom do look cast. Different to the parts above, where you can see the tooling swirl.Heard mixed reports but for the price decided to try set for myself on my buggy to replace broken front hinge pin holder, only installed them front only for now, time will tell how they hold up, not convinced they 7075 like they say thoughView attachment 6539View attachment 6540, I was a diecaster once upon a time and they look cast to me. Another option is Erik van ravenstein his stuff legit got set his & lots other bits for my Kronos build. Does titanium also Ackermann is titanium

I was thinking the same thing. To me the bottom 4 parts in the top picture look as if they have been bead blasted or had some surface treatment of some sort. However, that would seem like an extra $$ processing step in a highly competitive and price sensitive market, unless you’re trying to hide something. I would assume castings as well, at least if I was seeing that finish. In that first picture, the 4 pieces at the bottom do look cast. Occam's razor then! The simplest theory is likely the correct one. Conclusion: Monkey Metal.....I was thinking the same thing. After being cast there is excess material and imperfections in die will show on casting , media blasting covers this removes the excess & provides a finish.I was thinking the same thing. I don’t know about monkey metal but definitely not the same quality, I didn’t think they would be so close on the scales. Adu has extra holes drilled in bottom for bolts thru chassis, Kronos ones don’tOccam's razor then! The simplest theory is likely the correct one. Conclusion: Monkey Metal.....![]()

Top pieces look quite nice though!
I have to say, I am very impressed with GTB racing. They ship direct from Shenzhen Yangwen Technology Company Ltd and their parts are nice.
It looks like they produce parts for HPI, Kyosho, and even Traxass (or at least they did at one time until Traxass got all salty).
According to their website, they are open to producing CNC parts to your exacting specification. Maybe it's time they jump on the TC train....
I've got their plus 5mmm hex extenders on my Asuga so I can run the Mojave wheels/tyres on them and they work and fit beautifully.. Kaos RC on Youtube ( Aussie RC guy) has run their gear on his cars and hasn't had an issue as far as I know.. I reckon give them a go.. Cheers.I was thinking of getting some of these from Ali Express does anyone have any thoughts on these ?
Erik his stuff is Supreme over the others. I use his stuff a lot. Not sure if he on the forum, find him on Facebook corally bashers group or drop him a pm. Erik van RavensteinNever had any issues with ADU. Weight seems to be correct for what they claim as well.
Anyone has a link to that Erik guy ? Wrote up 3 Eriks but they all seemed to be the wrong one.![]()
I saw a picture in one of the Comments in AliExpress. The impact seemed to be quite hard but in my opinion the damage pattern speaks more for the ADU parts being diecast (correct me If I am wrong).Heard mixed reports but for the price decided to try set for myself on my buggy to replace broken front hinge pin holder, only installed them front only for now, time will tell how they hold up, not convinced they 7075 like they say thoughView attachment 6539View attachment 6540, I was a diecaster once upon a time and they look cast to me.
