I put rubber O-rings around the end of my motors. So thought I would mate it all up, first thing I noticed was half the motor mount was missing

Was just about to spend more money and then found a little baggie rattling round in the box .
I assume those two screws are gonna need a healthy amount of loctite so you don't lose mesh.

I assume the 2 M3s are all I need because there's no way to stick the M2s in anywhere with the standard motor mount.

Last question, I think it was @Sandracer_NL that has the same motor, I'm just wondering if it needs some sort of support at the other end being a bit longer. Also the Max Gen2 temp sensor cable is completely different, how necessary is it? I have fans to go on this motor and will initially just be running 4s on a 13T(as that's what's spare in my Kagama4 box) happy to buy the right plug and splice it all together if necessary.

Yes I run that exact same motor in my Shiroi. I don't have any support at the end and it's still running fine. A Shiroi is not made for skatepark jumps, so motor support is not a must have IMO.So thought I would mate it all up, first thing I noticed was half the motor mount was missing

Hey I'm with you, I've no interest in concrete skateparks or trying to durability test everything every run, far more interested in handling and staying on 4 wheels.Yes I run that exact same motor in my Shiroi. I don't have any support at the end and it's still running fine. A Shiroi is not made for skatepark jumps, so motor support is not a must have IMO.
I also run mine on 4s, but with a 17T pinion. I've found 4s with a 13T a bit too slow to my liking.
I see you also have sand in the screws. I started using this to clean to screws and it's becoming one of my most used tools
