Sketer Backflip LP Tires on Sketer...New Animal

Hey All...just tried out the dBoots Backflip LP 4S 3.8 tires on my Sketer tonight. I adjusted the pinion back down to a 13t and threw in my favorite 4s pack. The thing wheelies without hesitation and also backflips & frontflips with eagerness. I did the wide conversion a few weeks ago, and on the stock tires it handles way better than it should. The bigger tires definitely move the Sketer closer to a stunt truck...which is fun but not what I'm really into. I think I'll keep the Backflips for skate park days and use the stock tires for backyard bashing and racing. I was surprised that the Backflips do not balloon too badly...impressive. Fun to have options!
