Started the Sketer widening project everyone is talking about. I think it will look pretty tough for sure!

Nice. Looking good. Report back your thoughts on the driving differences.

Mine will be in this week. Already ordered the wide hubs and axles also.

It is very easy. It’s 97% bolt off and bolt on. The only trickyish part is separating the axle shaft off the CV because the one you need to buy is much longer than the Sketer one is shorter so you need to swap a few parts there. It’s not hard it’s just an extra step.

You may have yours done before me. I started this because my son accidentally ran into me yesterday with his RC and broke the rear control arm in half. So I gotta wait before I can drive it again. 😮‍💨

Like actually ran into you? Man - you must be tougher than I am if the car broke and you didnt. lol

Or his RC ran into your Sketer? You sure it was his fault? We need to see the police report to determine.

lol no his slash caught the rear tire of the sketer just right. he basically T-boned me. guess i shouldn't have been sitting there.
 
That, the fact that he's INTO it, is priceless👍
Just make sure big brother(TRX) doesn't get wind of this..mums the word🤣
 
Finished the Corally Widening Project today. Finally got all the parts. Anyone find it weird that Corally uses little plastic spacers on each end of the steel ball ends of the turnbuckles? Seems like it would make sense to just make the pivot balls a little longer. Im not an engineer so maybe its stronger this way. Any how I just need some better weather to try it out.
