Really nice run (y) love that place as well. How did you feel about the shocks ? i know they're basically the same but do you feel they have improved any from previous version ? In my mind i gotta swap them out for some Arrma shocks once i get my XTR but would be nice to run it all stock.

Swap on the updated steering blocks and the new chassis brace set and your '21 will just about be a '22. :cool:

Go for the updated center shafts and drive cups if you want to.

Honestly I'm not that hard on my rigs. I'm actually very satisfied with the '21 xtr. I'll replace things as needed.. I have a pile of rigs so no problem waiting on parts. 👍 It's just the desire for the latest and greatest😁

I think the center brace along with some heavier shock springs should suffice for now. I have a set of stock mojave exb springs I might try on my xtr. Do the Arrma 6s shocks have thicker shafts than TC?

Thanks for the reply, I guess it's not enough difference for me to bother with then. I think the 21 TC shocks are fine,just need heavier springs and perhaps rod ends.

6S, not even full throttle.

For the ‘21, I think only the chassis brace and shock springs are a must, the rest you can change if/when you run into problems.

The shocks are more durable and stiffer for sure, the rod ends are a must if you send it, as well as the springs. The pistons only if you break them IMO. I think the ‘22 shocks are fine.

Great videos as always @razorrc ! And I'm glad to hear so many positives. I've a feeling I'll enjoy this RC tremendously when I get it in a couple of weeks.

Awesome 😎 Looks like fun was had by all! I couldn't agree more in your assessment, they are both great rigs! I am lucky to have both, even tho my xtr is a '21.. honorable mention to the maxx too! Great rig, overpriced, but hey, when ur the top dog(by marketshare), you get to name ur price,right!? LOL.
