i made a carbon plate, bolted to the chassis. i can tape the esc+radio+switch
motor+center diff+esc+servo balances my heavy lipo now

Adu use to sell a chassis with that layout but haven’t seen it available for a while, I’ve saw some people flip the battery tray so esc at front of chassis also.

i would love to have a 4 wheel scale . but i think you would need to have perfectly tuned shocks too ! i do my left/right balance by estimating the center of gravity of the parts : cog of lipo is easy. estimating the cog of the group motor+centerdiff+motormount+esc+servo is less easy !

They are Hyrax clones from aliexpress, the insides are strapped with Gorilla Ultimate tape so they do not balloon. I'm currently using UDR clones from aliexpress instead, also strapped.

This is what strapping does, these are a $16 per set of four soft rubber buggy tires also from aliexpress on my 6S Shiroi:
