Should fit you can get the dimensions all models if you go to corally world just select vehicle from menu.

True! But that's the length and width of the whole vehicle-not just the body from what I could tell.

If The vehicles have same wheelbase the body will fit maybe with slight modification but I’d say it be straight swap
