Aluminum center diff support available

Hi. Do you have a company name or link. I am especially interested in the diff insert. I have the other two pieces in 7075 but the diff insert would finish this off proper. I have tried to Google this but no joy. I am in the UK. The desirability would out weigh the cost, thanks Phil

Those are nice, that'll be a nice winter upgrade because I don't know about anyone else but I swear I've stripped one screw hole on each of my corally cars, ended up running longer screws and barely snugging them, darn plastic

The two M3x6 countersink screws on the top of the bulkhead are way too short they should be 8mm long there is enough plastic to hold a longer screw. idk why they used the short screws like that because it is very very easy to strip the hole. (my paranoia keeps telling me this is intentional to sell more parts)

FYI "plastic threadlock" is actually a thick cyanoacrylate glue based formulation with blue dye and sold for $30 a bottle. You can use any old thick "gap filling" type super glue as plastic threadlock, just be absolutely sure to only use a tiny amount on the last few threads (I use a toothpick)

If there is enough materiel around the hole then a better solution is to ream it out completely and press in an EZ-Press threaded insert. They are designed for "cold" installation thread repair on plastics. The insert has a diamond pattern on the outside and is split down the middle. When the screw is threaded in it pushes the two halves apart which bites into the plastic and also creates an interference thread fitment with the screw that is similar to how plastic grips the screw and prevents it from backing out.
