That a sweet rig! How's the handling with the mojave shocks? Did you have to mod anything to run them? Here is mine.
Stock with TC diff mount and ADU bracing system. 9imod 40kg servo. Stock Mojave wheels and shocks and springs. CC MMX8S and the HW 4985 motor. Gearing 23/46t. I just reduced that to 20/46t.
I love the handling of this thing.

How does it handle on 8S? Is it just maniacal? Does the drivetrain seem to be able to handle 8S power alright? Here's mine, 8s, widened it with the truck hubs/axles/cvd ends, takes a beating, yet to break anything on it
Handling is good although I haven't tested it with the hobbywing max6 g2 system yet as that is a bit heavier than the mmx8s/4292 combo I had in it, but I also widened it at the same time so going to assume it still handles similar. Drivetrain handles the power just fine, it's my third corally on 8s and I've yet to have any drivetrain related issues with any of themHow does it handle on 8S? Is it just maniacal? What diff weights are you running with that power, thanksHandling is good although I haven't tested it with the hobbywing max6 g2 system yet as that is a bit heavier than the mmx8s/4292 combo I had in it, but I also widened it at the same time so going to assume it still handles similar. I'm not sure, I own far too many rigs to remember what each has so I always label the diffs. I typically start off with 30k front, 20k rear on bashers then depending on what platform I'm dealing with 500k or 1m in the centerWhat diff weights are you running with that power, thanks
Hey there! I broke the stock upper arms and am trying out the Mojave arms on mine. How should they be oriented? I think I might have installed them upside down or backwards, because I can't budge the steering when I try to move the wheels with my hands. Any advice for a semi-noob trying to install them? Much thanks in advance!Hey guys, this car is a blast to drive! It is the ultimate basher imo. I have mojave upper arms and mojave wheels installed, have adu racing front bumper and extended hexes on the way. Post up some pics of your Asuga. Frank![]()
Thank you!
Here's a picture of how they're installed. Hope this helps! Frank
