I've been contemplating a Sledge, but Traxxas has been leaving a pretty sour taste in my mouth for the last year or so. From what I've seen on the Sledge, it looks like fixed links, not even getting into Ackerman settings if it has any.

I'm sure we could make it competitive somehow. The Shogun is a sleeper platform IMO; there's a good amount of tuning you can do that will surprise many a club racer.

Funny. I visited the Fipili region a long time ago. I think i recognised that street and some buildings.
Isn't that park just outside city center?

i like sledge too, but honestly in this moment i would like to buy a Kraton 6s v6, i have seen some video, it's a very beast

Traxass will never receive a penny of my money, for moral and sanity reasons.

However, I do like the look of their XRT, the Sledge and their legendary RC milk crate, the X Max. It looks a lot of fun to drive.

Even if I bought one second hand, I'd still end up buying Traxass spares, so I'll just observe.

I prefer alloy, carbon and CNC machined stuff on my rigs anyway.

I have the Shogun and the Sledge. For me the Shogun handles a lot better and flys flatter. The Sledge is a brute though, tough, very large diff gears compared to the Corally but it doesn't handle as well and is seriously heavy
