Are these 2 screws ment to be tight or does the 2 connecting parts ment to have a little movement ?

They should be able to articulate but they shouldn’t have slop.

The screws should be tight, but the assembly should more freely and maybe shimmed to remove any play.

I'm getting a little slop on that part with my Shogun. Had the same problem with the Muraco. I tried to tighten it up a little, but no dice. That video up there should be pretty informative on how to fix it.

Good find! I'll take a look at this later on. The slop on the Shogun isn't as bad as the Muraco, but the Muraco was my trainer/learning rig so it had a harder life. Right now it's the PBs and the rear hubs on the Shogun that are taking a beating and need to be replaced. Well, if it's not the PBs and the hubs, it's the inner bearings that need freshening.
