Okay, I can't find a way to delete this thread.
I did what I should have done at the beginning and searched this forum.
I found dimensions of the pins I'm breaking and I found a supplier https://www.jwwinco.com/en-us/
The dimensions are slightly larger than what I need, but that's what rotary tools are for, right ?

Edit: it's not these pins that are breaking, it's my CVD pins. The problem with these pictured pins is that they don't stay put and I'm stripping the pictured grub screws.
I bought a set of MIP bits, which arrive on the 26th
The pictured pins are falling out, I guess because I can't tighten the grub screw with my Amazon Special tools.
So, I'd delete this thread if I could. Shoulda searched the site before posting my question.
I'm all holiday stressed out and not thinking properly. I'm reacting emotionally because I turn to RC to unwind, and I keep having issues and going home early.
Through the help of this site, I've found the dimensions of the CVD pins and I'm going to assume my other pin issue is due to under tightening the grub screws due to paranoia over stripping the grub screw.
I already had to chuck one CVD in the scrap pile because the grub screw got stripped.
Don't buy cheap tools kids, you don't save any money if you're throwing away $20 CVDs due to cr@ppy tools.
