Just some small stuff today, I had to try a shop which was mentioned in another thread. They are not a typically RC-shop but more specialised on all small things you need for this hobby like bearings, screws, pins, etc.

Traxxas battery strap for my sons Hoss. Moving him up to 3s on a fairly vintage lipo at this point from Spec Point Concepts. Not sure if any of you heard of them back in the day. They were the go to for matched nimh cells. Briefly got into Lipos but I think the Hobbykings of the world put him out of business.

Got the electronics & Tires for my RMX2.5 all I need left is a body or two.

Finding the perfect body can be the most difficult part of this hobby. I've got two bodies that need a car to go on since they just won't fit the cars I thought they would but I like them too much to give up on them.

I'll spend over $700 on a RC just to finally find the right home for my 78 Chevy Short Course body. I'm determined to put it on a monster truck platform.

I got some Kraton 8s body clips. I'm diggin it!

I wish more companies used clips like these on their RCs.

Oh I agree, for that reason I will probably end up with 2 or 3 bodies. I like the Kraton body clip setup as well I always put 45 degree bent clips in so its easier to pull out. For the Drift car I'm going to make it magnetic though since its not like I will be bashing with it.

This is why I typically always run stock bodies. The paint holds up and looks way better than. Anything I paint. Although my favorite aftermarket body is the Proline short course bug body

The bodies for the MST are all aftermarket and I paint pretty good so I just need to figure out 1/2 to do, one fore drifting and one for shelf life.

Carvana! Did that go smoothly?
It was my first experience with them the whole ordeal was easy enough. Car had brake problems from day one. I could have turned it back in to them no problems or questions asked but this is kinda a rare one so opted to keep it but $1300 later in the shop and they only covered $300 of it. I would highly suggest to use that first week to get it inspected. But all and all it was ok nothing special or exciting.

Here it is....this was bought due to Mazin's build. Pinecone SG1604. Figured a quick cheap way to play around drifting.

I prefer aluminum over composite for chassis braces on my 6s vehicles, so I bought the Team Corally Tuning 7075 T6 aluminum front and rear chassis braces for my two-day-old Radix 6s.
