Kronos XTR turnbuckles

anyone using the plastic turnbuckles instead of the aluminium ones on the kronos xtr if so are they any stronger

Curious here too..i have a bag of spares from collecting over the years. Have some HPI steer links on atm. The rod is stronger, but the pivot balls wear quicker.

I use them on 2 cars after breaking the adjustable one several times. They work good. They flex more so less breaking.

I actually use Kraton EXB turnbuckles.

I do have Lunsford racing titanium turnbuckles on the front.

I found the fixed plastic turnbuckles made the front toe in, and obviously you can't adjust them. You might have better luck.

I put kraton ones on the front and back but don't really like putting a different make on there. I have put the plastic ones on now so will see how I go

I don't mind mixing brands of parts myself..until I start forgetting what came from whom..
