Sketer TC pinion mesh

I bought a TC 12t pinion for my Sketer 6s build. When I checked the mesh between the pinion and spur gear, the teeth don't mesh properly. As if the pitch isn't quite right. I checked the TC website and I believe they are supposed to fit. Anyone else run into this?

NvM, I think I figured out it was the wrong pitch...my bad
