Hi all, would the more seasoned and experienced amongst us mind sharing your suspension setups please for rough (ish) terrain?

I am unsure what the best setup is for the stock coilovers?

Thanks in advance!

Lighter oils and softer springs but its trial and error... go too light on oil car will become bouncy. Too heavy oil the spring won't rebound quick enough and car will just "wallow" around and bottom out a lot and not be responsive. Usually you'll try one thing (oil only for example) at a time and try it out.
I'm not sure on standard /stock oils...but you can do increments 10% at a time and see how that works. Maybe check the next softer spring with 10% lighter oil.
Also not knowing the exact rough terrain will be hard to give you any definite numbers. Sorry it's probably not what you wanted but thats my best guess.
