So I broke an arm for the first time since the modification, bumped a a curb at over 40mph, upper arm spit leaving the bushing on the hinge pin.

Bushing wasn't damaged so I scraped off the old epoxy and roughed up the outside with sandpaper. Cleaned out the arm hole of any old glue with a 5mm drill bit. Wet the inside of the hole in the arm and worked some of the epoxy into the split (JB Marine Weld as before). Wet the outside of the bushing with epoxy and installed it in the hole.

Cleaned any seepage off the outside, clamped it, cleaned the inside of the bushing of any epoxy with q-tips. Left it for 24 hours, reinstalled. Good as new.
