Sketer Pulling center diff and this fell out… what is it for?

I was pulling the center diff. And this fell out of something into the chassis. I have no idea where it came from. Its soft like fuel line. Maybe from in the cup to silence the dog bone??? I only found the one. Any idea where it came from?

Your guess is a pretty good one, I’d guess it was in there to keep the driveshafts in place. I’ll see if I notice mine having one .. gonna have to pull that soon. I’ll let you know.

It came out of the c-diff rear outdrive cup.

A think the above answer sounds about right. While I don't have a sketer, I have seen similar in other rcs.. kaiju being one. They used o rings.
