Some months ago I wrote a post about my shogun power switch. In short, i entered with the model into a puddle, the model didn't turn off by the power switch, so i have to get off one lipo battery for turn off the model, now I can't turn it on by mean the power switch but only connecting the lipo. I tried to dry it with the hair dryer it seemed to work but only for few time... I think the problem is the power switch, i sprayed some electrical contact spray inside it but it didn't work. However it rarely seems to work but most of the time it doesn't.
What do you recommend I do? Is it possible to disassemble the switch?

I'm sure it's possible to take the switch apart, but once it is - if it's all corroded and knackered - you'll just end up buying a new one anyway.

My switch has 2 screws on the bottom. Never tried to open it but should be possible then 🤷. Could be glued as well though.

You could also try to short-circuit the two cables, permanently.
That would be a bit of annoying though..
